Poll Results: Trump’s Mount Rushmore Speech – Unifying or Divisive

On July 8, we asked, “Do you think President Trump’s Mount Rushmore speech was unifying or divisive?” A total of 1,296 of our readers responded. Almost all the respondents found the historic speech to be unifying. A total of 1,234 readers voted for “Unifying,” accounting for 98 percent of the vote, and only 26 readers voted for “Divisive.”

Most of our readers were not persuaded by the media’s attempts to portray the president’s speech as divisive rhetoric. Once again, the mainstream media has attempted to control the narrative and portray President Trump as an instigator. Our readers, however, indicated they can decide for themselves.
