Poll Results: Is everyone in your household voting for the same person for president?

Last week, we asked readers “Is everyone in your household voting for the same person for president?” The results are in after a total of 1,028 votes were cast. Making up 90.37 percent of the votes (929 readers), the majority of poll participants stated “yes” they were all voting for the same candidate.

In a distant second place with 8.17 percent (84 readers) came the households that are “split” on who they will be voting for in November. Finally, 1.46 percent (15 readers) are “not sure” whether or not their households will be of similar mind on voting for president.

With so many diverse and unique households across America, it will be intriguing to see how family members will align when it comes to voting. It’s entirely possible that some could vote for the same presidential candidate but different candidates in other political races.
