Daily Caller staffer Brianna Lyman recently reported that in South Carolina, Mount Pleasant Mayor Will Haynie called in his local Chick-fil-a manager to help speed up the drive-through vaccination process. The drive through vaccination site was undergoing computer hardships and major delays. So, instead of dallying, Mayor Haynie called in Jerry Walkowiak from Chick-fil-a to speed the process up.
Walkowiak did not disappoint, bringing speed and efficiency to the vaccination process using fast food drive-through techniques. It seems state governments and other mayors should take a page from Mayor Haynie and call in their local fast-food managers to help deliver the vaccine. With these managers on board, we might reach heard immunity sooner than any politicians or health experts predicted.
